8-Week 1:1 Journey

connect with your heart and soul

The Work We’ll Do Together

Return to your soul is for men who sense there’s more to who they are but feel blocked from fully living it. This work is about learning how to listen to your body, feel what’s been avoided, and reconnect to the part of you that already knows the way.

Over these 8 weeks, we slow things down. We bring attention back into the body. We learn how to stay with feelings instead of pushing them away. The body is the temple holding the soul. The messages of the body are communicating the soul's needs. When we ignore or numb our feelings we are essentially ignoring our soul. Through breathwork, somatic practices, and a carefully held medicine journey, we move beyond just talking about things and begin to actually feel, release, and integrate what’s been stored inside.

This work is about coming back into integrity with yourself. Learning how to listen to your soul. And living from that place - in your relationships, your work, and the way you move through the world.

This Program Is for You If:

  • You rely on distractions or habits — your phone, food, porn, substances, gambling, or constant scrolling — because being alone with yourself feels uncomfortable

  • You don’t fully express yourself and often people-please instead of speaking your truth

  • Your mind says one thing, but your gut and heart are saying something else

  • You live with secrecy or shame around parts of who you are or what you’re carrying

  • You struggle to be emotionally open or vulnerable with your wife

  • You feel spiritually disconnected, showing up outwardly, but inside feeling distant from Hashem

The 8-Week Journey:

Week 1: Naming the Blockage & Laying the Groundwork

In the first week, we identify the patterns and blockages that keep you from fully feeling and staying present with yourself. We explore how these patterns show up in your daily life and how they impact your ability to connect. You begin to understand what these blockages have been protecting and why they formed. This week sets the foundation for the deeper work ahead.

Week 2 : Breathwork: Entering the Body’s Truth

This week focuses on emotional-release breathwork to access deeper layers held in the body. Through guided breathwork, you reconnect with sensations and emotions that have been beneath the surface. The work supports release, clarity, and a deeper relationship with your inner world. Many men leave this session feeling more alive and present.

Week 3: Setting Intention for the Healing Journey

We take time to clarify your intention for the upcoming journey so you can enter grounded and aligned. You reflect on what has surfaced so far and what feels ready to be explored next. Together, we create a clear, heart-centered intention to guide the experience. This brings focus, safety, and purpose into the next stage of the work.

Week 4: Healing Journey

This week offers a guided inner healing experience to explore deeper layers of your emotional and somatic world. You’re supported in staying present as insights, sensations, and emotions arise, held within a safe and intentional container supported by the Arbayit community. You’re invited to go inward and meet parts of yourself that are often hidden or avoided. For many, this becomes a meaningful turning point in the process.

Week 5: Integration & Daily Practices

We reflect on the insights and shifts that have unfolded so far, noticing what feels clearer and what still needs attention. This week focuses on bringing the work into everyday life in a grounded, practical way. You’ll learn simple daily practices to help you stay centered and connected. These tools support lasting change beyond the sessions themselves.

Week 6: Active Meditation: Moving Through Presence

This week deepens embodiment through guided movement and somatic awareness. You explore how your body communicates through sensation, tension, and energy. These practices help release stored patterns and cultivate presence through motion. The work strengthens your ability to stay connected to your body in real time.

Week 7: Breathwork & Optional Hapé

We return to breathwork to support deeper emotional release and integration. As the body opens, new layers of clarity and insight may emerge. Hapé is offered as an optional support for grounding and centering, depending on what feels right for you. This week helps solidify the work you’ve been doing.

Week 8: Cacao Ceremony & Closing Integration

The final week is a heart-opening cacao ceremony to honor the full journey. We reflect on how far you’ve come and acknowledge the shifts you’ve made. You’ll set intentions for carrying this work forward with clarity and self-trust. The session offers a sense of completion, grounding, and integration.

What This Is / What This Isn’t

This is:

 A slow, intentional 1:1 process

 Body-based, not just conversation

 Grounded, contained, and integrated

This isn’t:

A quick fix or spiritual bypass

About forcing change or chasing experiences
